We aim to ensure all guests are welcomed regardless of age, gender identity, background, or level of wine knowledge—our story-led tastings create an inclusive and engaging experience for enthusiasts and first-timers alike!

Physical Accessibility:

• Our heritage-listed stone barn is located on flat ground with level access from the parking area.
• The tasting space is step-free and accessible for most wheelchair users and visitors with mobility needs.
• Seating is available for all guests and can be adjusted to suit different comfort levels or group sizes.
• We welcome assistance animals and are happy to accommodate guests with vision or hearing impairments to the best of our ability.
• We have a wheelchair accessible toilet, however do not offer baby changing facilities.

Booking and Communication:

All experience tastings are pre-booked, allowing us to personalise each visit based on any access or dietary needs shared at the time of booking.
We provide clear language and written tasting notes, along with detailed information about the wines being sampled ensuring it’s accessible for guests with a wide range of wine knowledge and learning styles.
